LAYOUT
The entrance and two main rooms are on the ground floor, with an indoor soccer table, a billiards table and a table tennis table. Up the stairs there are tables and chairs set out on a terrace, which we open when it is warm.
On the first floor there is the dining room, with a decorative fire place, a kitchen, and a living room. There is “Rafa's” bedroom”, and “Berta’s bedroom”, with a double bed in each one. They share a complete bathroom. There is also the “bedroom of Jaume and Margarida”, with capacity for three, a double bed, a single bed, and a bathroom in front.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms: “Antoni’s bedroom” has capacity for three people, a double bed and a single bed. This bedroom gives access to one of the house’s turrets. In front of the bedroom there is a complete bathroom.
“Gil’s bedroom” is a double bedroom with two single beds. Here, too, there is a complete bathroom across from the room.
“Benet’s bedroom” is a suite for three: it has a double bed, a single bed and there is a bathroom, en suite, which is inside the bedroom..

Outside of the house:
Next to the house the chapel dedicated to Sant Francesc has been conserved.
Adjacent to the chapel there is a garage for sheltering cars from the intense summer sun, or from the icy weather of winter. During the winter months you will find stored firewood, which will provide for the barbecue and for the fire-place.
The barbeque comes with a large table and a couple of sturdy benches, a fridge, a sink with running water and a fire-place.
During the summer months, due to it being against the law to light any fire less than 500 metres from the forest, we have installed a Weber butane barbeque.
There is another garage which has room for a couple of cars. Access to the swimming pool is closed off. There are deck chairs, sitting chairs, a table and showers.

SERVICES
If you advise us of your time of arrival, we will be waiting to welcome you. We will show you round the house and the rest of the premises.
We will prepare all the beds in the rooms, with enough blankets and there will be towels. In the bathrooms there are towels and hand soap.
In the kitchen there is the large fridge, a good sized box freezer, a dishwasher, microwave oven, a food mixer, a whisk, cafe machine, a complete set of plates, glasses, cups, wine glasses, cutlery and large and small frying pans and saucepans. There are serviettes, towels, kitchen cloths, and mops, and washing up liquid and dishwashing machine powder.
You will also find enough firewood for the barbeque and the fireplace to last the weekend.
