CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING
Payment of 25% in advance when making the reservation. The remaining 75 % is paid on arrival at the house.
Check in time is 5 in the afternoon, and check out time is 12 midday, if nothing to the contrary is agreed.
July and August, check in Saturday at 5 in the afternoon, and check out 10 in the morning.
A national identity card, or passport, will be asked of all people over 14, in accordance with order IRP/418/2010, 5 August 2010, which requires that all people who stay in rural hostels located in Catalonia register and that this is communicated to the police.
The total number of adults, children and babies will be specified. In no case whatsoever shall this number be greater than the agreed number, and the entrance of any unauthorized visit is not permitted.

It is forbidden for children under the age of 14 to access the swimming pool area without the presence of a responsible adult.

During the driest months it is strictly forbidden to light any fire whatsoever, or use fireworks, or any other naked flame due to the high risk of fire.

It is not permitted to carry out any type of activity in the house, or near the house, that is not expressly agreed in the accommodation conditions.

The price includes VAT, light, water, heating, and firewood, provided that use of the resources is made responsibly.

The client is obliged to respect the house and its surroundings, at all times taking liability for any damage or defects they may occasion.

It is necessary to respect the timetable for entrance and leaving, and before leaving the house it is necessary to advise the owner so that they can come and collect the keys.
If you accept these conditions and decide to make your reservation, we will send you a copy specifying the day and the time of your arrival and departure, the total number of people staying, and the bank account number in to which you must pay the 25% deposit committing you to the acceptation of the reservation. It is necessary that you return this copy duly filled out with your details, and if possible already signed.
